About the role

  • Serves as the first point of contact for people-related questions and concerns
  • Provides business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of assigned business unit(s)
  • Leads employee relation investigations, including harassment and ethics complaints
  • Coaches supervisors and managers on how to efficiently address internal employee relations issues
  • Organizes and maintains compliance policies in preparation for investigations
  • Works with managers to identify training needs
  • Assists with performance management reviews and employee engagement surveys
  • Interprets and advises on human resources policies and procedures

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Up to 25% travel is required
