About the role

  • HR Generalist managing employee relations and developing effective HR practices in a growing security solutions company. Focused on operational HR processes, recruitment, and employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support for employees and primary point of contact for all HR matters
  • Support with payroll processing in collaboration with our external service provider
  • Independently handle all operational HR processes from contract preparation to issuing employment references
  • Administer and maintain time tracking (e.g., recording, verifying, and analyzing working hours, absences and sick leave)
  • Active participation in recruiting and onboarding
  • Further development and optimization of HR processes and policies
  • Support and implementation of employee development initiatives

Requirements

  • Passion for HR work and enjoyment in working with people
  • Desire to make a difference and to find solutions
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Completed commercial vocational training with HR continuing education or a degree focused on human resources
  • Experience in HR and solid knowledge of employment law
  • Team player with strong communication skills and excellent organizational talent
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Business-fluent German (professional working proficiency)
