Responsibilities
Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters across the entire employee lifecycle
Develop and implement the employer branding strategy for the DACH region
Actively shape and evolve the company culture in alignment with KIKO Milano’s values and brand identity
Analyze, design and continuously optimize benefits, incentives and HR offerings to strengthen employer attractiveness
Work closely with Marketing and Recruiting on campaigns, career pages, social media and HR communications
Manage and enhance recruiting and onboarding processes with a focus on cultural fit, candidate experience and employer branding
Support change and cultural initiatives and promote engagement, retention and the overall employee experience
Assist with performance, talent and succession processes
Contribute to HR projects, HR policies and international HR initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or a comparable qualification
At least three years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR role
Demonstrable experience in employer branding, ideally within retail or an international environment
Strong understanding of benefits models, employee experience and modern HR concepts
Excellent communication skills and a good instinct for brands, target audiences and corporate culture
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast-growing environment
