Responsibilities

  • Provide HR support to a defined group of employees on all HR matters
  • Manage the entire recruiting process using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Post job advertisements and conduct interviews for the Riem site
  • Contribute to HR projects and collaborate with external partners

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with a focus on HR
  • You have already gained initial experience in HR and are looking for a new challenge
  • You are communicative, motivated and empathetic, and enjoy a hands-on approach and working closely with people
