About the role

  • Set objectives for the HR operations and track progress
  • Manage, monitor, and improve HR workflows, systems and databases
  • Overall responsibility for development, execution, and management of compensation and benefits plans
  • Manage, monitor and create reporting, including detailed reporting of key HR metrics; ensure integrity of HR data
  • Employee Relations: Act as a coach/consultant to managers and employees regarding HC policies, practices and procedures
  • Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as directed or assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IR/HR or related/relevant field
  • 8+ years of working experience in HR Operations with responsibilities around employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits admin, and compliance.
  • 3+ years of working experience in a management/leadership role.
