Responsibilities
Set objectives for the HR operations and track progress
Manage, monitor, and improve HR workflows, systems and databases
Overall responsibility for development, execution, and management of compensation and benefits plans
Manage, monitor and create reporting, including detailed reporting of key HR metrics; ensure integrity of HR data
Employee Relations: Act as a coach/consultant to managers and employees regarding HC policies, practices and procedures
Making recommendations to improve HR Ops technology to automate processes which in turn minimize administrative overhead
Perform other responsibilities and duties as directed or assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IR/HR or related/relevant field
8+ years of working experience in HR Operations with responsibilities around employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits admin, and compliance.
3+ years of working experience in a management/leadership role.
