About the role

  • AVP Business HR managing HR solutions aligned to business strategies for EXL Service, focusing on talent management and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with senior management to develop and implement HR solutions aligned to business strategy
  • Provides consultation to business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues
  • Develops people strategies to solve for business problems and achieve desired business outcomes
  • Drives key people practices in tandem with Business Leads
  • Builds relationships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on vertical/account level people related strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 8 - 12 years of relevant experience
  • Master's Degree education level
  • Expertise in areas such as, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs
