Responsibilities
Review and evaluate performance management, termination processes, job descriptions, and employee classifications
Recommend improvements to HR processes, procedures, and organizational structures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment and wage-and-hour laws
Monitor labor law updates and proactively adjust policies and practices as needed
Analyze HR programs and strategies against industry best practices to ensure competitiveness
Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with strategic business goals
Manage employee personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate onboarding by welcoming new employees, facilitating documentation, and supporting their transition into the organization

Requirements
3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist
Advanced knowledge of general HR policies, procedures, and operations
Strong understanding of wage and hour laws and employment compliance
Proven track record of delivering HR programs tied to strategic business outcomes
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
