Responsibilities
Administer and execute requests for changes to HR systems
Collaborate with stakeholders on project management activities

Analyze existing business processes for efficiency improvement
Provide recommendations on HR system practices

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum 7 years of experience
Minimum 2 years in HR
Minimum 5 years in HRIS
Prior experience in system implementation and upgrade highly preferred
Advanced knowledge of data analytics and configuration tools (SQR, Crystal, Excel, Access)
