About the role

  • Support COO in improving HR processes and frameworks for international growth at Axiomatics. Engage in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the COO in turning existing frameworks into well-functioning, lived processes across the organization
  • Support recruitment and onboarding
  • Maintain and update HR policies and documentation
  • Assist with HR administration and compliance-related tasks
  • Contribute to improvements in HR processes and tools such as BambooHR
  • Take part in initiatives related to employee engagement, employer branding, and follow-up on HR activities and data

Requirements

  • Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience of Swedish labor laws and regulations (or the ability to quickly acquire adequate knowledge independently)
  • Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage
