Responsibilities
Support the COO in turning existing frameworks into well-functioning, lived processes across the organization
Support recruitment and onboarding
Maintain and update HR policies and documentation
Assist with HR administration and compliance-related tasks
Contribute to improvements in HR processes and tools such as BambooHR
Take part in initiatives related to employee engagement, employer branding, and follow-up on HR activities and data
Requirements
Ongoing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge and experience of Swedish labor laws and regulations (or the ability to quickly acquire adequate knowledge independently)
Structured, proactive, and able to work independently
