• Own the relationships with the Company’s global TP advisors for the annual US and OECD TP studies, local files (where required), competent authority processes, any local audit TP assistance, and the corresponding budget.
• Oversee and/or help prepare transfer pricing documentation for the US and international markets, including assessing the arm's length nature of intercompany charges and other transactions.
• Coordinate and provide advice with business units on any operational-lead changes to supply chain flows.
• Analyze business units financial data, prepare or review calculations and documentation related to transfer pricing in support of tax accounting requirements.
• Oversee or provide any one-time TP adjustments to the business units at year end for the Company, when necessary.
