- Advise freelancers on building powerful profiles and good interviewing practices
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Deep understanding of working with tech/IT, consulting, or sales profiles
- Results-driven character with a passion for people-oriented function
- Experience in fast-growing B2B environment or agency
- Comfortable working with tight deadlines and managing time-sensitive projects
