Responsibilities
- Full responsibility and main point of contact for the entire recruitment process for various positions and departments.
- Ensure professional and efficient recruiting with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Identify new talent and build and maintain personal networks and talent pipelines through active sourcing measures.
- Organize and represent the company as a brand ambassador at employer branding campaigns, trade fairs, and internal and external events.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruiting at Bachem.
Requirements
- Several years of solid and successful practical experience in recruiting, active sourcing, and employer branding.
- Preferably experience in a company with in-house recruitment.
- Strong communication skills with a service- and client-oriented mindset.
- Independent, structured, and team- and results-oriented working style.
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with pragmatism and a can-do, hands-on mentality.
- Confident professional presence and the ability to identify with Bachem and represent the company.
- Strong interest in the chemical / pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.
- Experience with recruiting tools, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Business-fluent German and English are mandatory.
