Responsibilities
Liderar y ejecutar estrategias de reclutamiento para posiciones operativas de alto volumen
Planificar y ejecutar procesos de selección para 100+ candidatos mensuales
Diseñar estrategias de sourcing para posiciones operativas de alto volumen
Coordinar jornadas de reclutamiento y eventos masivos de contratación
Desarrollar y mejorar metodologías de screening y evaluación masiva
Implementar herramientas tecnológicas para automatizar procesos repetitivos
Crear dashboards y reportes de métricas de reclutamiento
Publicar vacantes en múltiples plataformas (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc)
Desarrollar estrategias de employer branding para posiciones operativas
Crear y mantener pipeline de talento para futuras necesidades
Establecer alianzas con universidades y centros de formación locales
Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y virtuales de primer filtro
Coordinar entrevistas con hiring managers y líderes operativos
Validar referencias laborales y personales
Generar reportes semanales de pipeline y métricas de reclutamiento
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en el proceso
Presentar insights al equipo de liderazgo
Gestionar documentación y requisitos legales de contratación
Requirements
Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o afines
Mínimo 2-3 años en reclutamiento masivo o selección de personal
Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos
Conocimiento de plataformas de reclutamiento digital
Experiencia con LinkedIn Recruiter y herramientas de sourcing
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
Capacidad de trabajar cumplir deadlines
Orientación al servicio y experiencia del candidato
Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad ante cambios del negocio
Trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios
