About the role

  • People Operations Coordinator at Stellic handling office support and recruiting coordination. Managing onboarding processes and assisting with various projects in a hybrid team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Office Support: Help make a welcoming and well-organized space for the team.
  • Recruiting Coordination: Help coordinate interviews and support the Talent team.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Welcome new team members and ensure they have everything they need.
  • Support a range of projects throughout the year to improve how Stellic supports employees.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a role that included People Operations, HR, Administrative or related responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of following through on commitments
  • Clear and thoughtful communication across in-person, phone, and written channels
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay flexible and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
