About the role

  • Referent in Personalentwicklung und Changemanagement bei MANN & SCHRÖDER COSMETICS. Verantwortlich für Talent Management, Change Management und Personalentwicklung in einem Familienunternehmen.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Management: You design and develop strategies to deliberately build the skills and competencies the company will need in the future.
  • Upskilling & Reskilling: You design effective learning paths, programs and measures to identify and close skill gaps.
  • Talent Identification & Development: You identify potential, support high-potential employees and assist with succession planning.
  • Change Management: You support change processes, act as a sparring partner for leaders and strengthen the organization’s change capability.
  • Personnel Development (Learning & Development): You develop holistic L&D concepts, implement measures and ensure that learning and development are firmly embedded in our culture.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree (Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR, Education/Pedagogy) or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in personnel development, talent management or change management
  • You work analytically, think strategically and communicate concisely.
  • Your motto: “just get things done”
  • German: business fluent in spoken and written language.
