- Vertragsmanagement & Dokumentenerstellung: Erstellen und verwalten aller Vertragsdokumente
- First-Level-Support: Beantworten aller personalrelevanten Fragen unserer Mitarbeitenden
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Begleiten unserer Talente vom ersten Tag an
- HR-Systemadministration: Pflegen und Verwalten unserer Stammdaten in SAP SuccessFactors
- Prozessoptimierung: Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse
- HR-Projekte: Einbringen von Ideen und selbstständige Umsetzung innovativer Projekte
- Zeugnismanagement: Erstellen von Arbeits- und Zwischenzeugnissen
- Sparring für HR Business Partner:innen bei operativen Personalthemen
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftspsychologie) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR bzw. Personalwesen mit Fokus auf Vertragserstellung, Personalbetreuung und administrativen Prozessen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung als Personalreferent:in, (Junior) HR Manager:in, HR Koordinator:in oder HR Generalist:in, vorzugsweise in einem Einzelhandels- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägte Affinität für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und HR-Technologien
- Sehr gute arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Sehr gewissenhafte, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Erstklassige Service- und Kundenorientierung, vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit SAP Success Factors
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
