Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR and/or consulting
Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems
Extreme attention to detail in producing executive-ready content
Ability to analyze problems using data and provide actionable solutions
Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership
Familiarity with SQL and programming languages (R, Python preferred)
Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools
