Responsibilities
Provide support to the Relationship Center and Journey Management through efficient management of projects and processes;
Act as a facilitating agent for management models, offering methodological support, critical analyses and a systemic view;
Monitor, control and report project performance, considering planning and financial indicators;
Ensure the interface between technical areas and client-facing areas, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule and deliverables;
Propose and support the development of business cases and analyses to support decision-making;
Perform critical analysis of the area's processes, supporting mapping, gap identification, prioritization and implementation of improvement projects;
Implement results-driven management models, ensuring the efficient use of metrics;
Prepare executive materials for reporting on projects and department results.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Experience in project management;
Experience in process mapping;
Experience with agile methodologies;
Advanced Excel;
Advanced PowerPoint;
Intermediate-level Power BI;
Knowledge of Power Apps;
Experience in modeling business cases;
Strong storytelling skills for presenting projects and results.
