Responsibilities

  • Analyze and observe workflows: Interview SME teams across regions
  • Document regional process differences: Capture tools, systems, and handoff specifics per country
  • Act as the connector: Bridge communication between local teams and the central process function
  • Map and enhance processes: Analyze current ("as-is") processes and propose improvements
  • Spot opportunities: Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or gaps
  • Translate into clear flows: Turn raw input into logical, compliant process flow diagrams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • 3–5 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or transformation
  • Strong experience in process mapping and business analysis (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP are a plus
