Responsibilities
Analyze and observe workflows: Interview SME teams across regions

Map and enhance processes: Analyze current ("as-is") processes and propose improvements
Spot opportunities: Identify inefficiencies, overlaps, or gaps
Translate into clear flows: Turn raw input into logical, compliant process flow diagrams
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
Fluent in English and Polish
3–5 years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or transformation
Strong experience in process mapping and business analysis (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or PMP are a plus
