About the role

  • HRIS Specialist II providing advanced functional support for HCM system. Collaborating with HR and technology teams and assisting with software updates and report accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries.
  • Performs data audits, maintaining data integrity, and creating and using standard reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Supports configuration changes.
  • Collaborates with HR teams, technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality.

Requirements

  • Four (4) or more years of experience in human resources in an administrative role that includes experience working within an HCM system.
  • Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Workday
