Responsibilities
Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries.
Performs data audits, maintaining data integrity, and creating and using standard reports to ensure accuracy.
Supports configuration changes.
Collaborates with HR teams, technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality.
Requirements
Four (4) or more years of experience in human resources in an administrative role that includes experience working within an HCM system.
Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field.
Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Workday
