About the role

  • HRBP Intern supporting Human Resources Business Partner team at Richter. Engaging in strategic HR activities while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities (documentation, data updates, reports, exit interviews)
  • Provide support to managers and employees on HR tools and processes
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for HRBP initiatives, including manager communications and leadership ready summaries

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Intermediate English knowledge, knowledge of Hungarian required
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with HR software or platforms is a plus.
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow through
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work 20 hours per week
