HRBP Intern supporting Human Resources Business Partner team at Richter. Engaging in strategic HR activities while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities (documentation, data updates, reports, exit interviews)
Provide support to managers and employees on HR tools and processes
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for HRBP initiatives, including manager communications and leadership ready summaries
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
Intermediate English knowledge, knowledge of Hungarian required
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and experience with HR software or platforms is a plus.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow through
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work 20 hours per week
