  • HR Intern supporting HR Business Partner with recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations at Campari do Brasil. Contributing to programs and initiatives for employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in delivering people-centered solutions
  • Assist with recruitment and selection
  • Plan and organize onboarding
  • Provide administrative support for employee data
  • Contribute to development and feedback programs

Requirements

  • No prior professional experience required
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology or related fields
  • From the 3rd semester of undergraduate studies
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Office, Teams)
  • Intermediate/advanced English
  • Spanish (a plus)
  • Proactivity
