Responsibilities
Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries
Performs data audits, maintains data integrity, and creates and uses standard reports to ensure accuracy
Supports configuration changes
Collaborates with HR teams and technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality
Requirements
Three (3) or more years of experience in human resources or an administrative role that includes experience working within an HRIS system
Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field
Experience with PeopleSoft
