About the role

  • HRIS Specialist providing advanced support for HCM and resolving system issues. Collaborating with HR and technology teams to maintain data integrity and support configuration changes.

Responsibilities

  • Provides advanced functional support for HCM, acting as a key resource for troubleshooting system issues and responding to escalated user inquiries
  • Performs data audits, maintains data integrity, and creates and uses standard reports to ensure accuracy
  • Supports configuration changes
  • Collaborates with HR teams and technology teams, while also assisting with testing of software updates and new functionality

Requirements

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in human resources or an administrative role that includes experience working within an HRIS system
  • Certification, training, or education in accounting, computer science, business management, human resources, or related field
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
