Responsibilities
Act as the HR Business Partner for the Operations Directorate.
Translate business strategies into HR action plans.
Ensure labor compliance (CLT, eSocial, and the Sindpd-SP Collective Bargaining Agreement - CCT).
Support performance management, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and leadership development.
Lead and support labor relations and disciplinary processes.
Apply compensation and benefits policies in accordance with internal guidelines and the CCT.
Lead change management initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and propose strategic improvements.
Promote internal communication and employee engagement.
Advise leaders on people-management best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, HR Management, or a related field.
Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in technology, engineering, or sectors with high technical and people-related complexity.
Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT, eSocial) and HR best practices.
Experience with the specific provisions of the Sindpd-SP Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT).
Strong ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and act as a coach to leaders and teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening skills, and strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strategic mindset, proactivity, resilience, and the ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging environments.
Results orientation and analytical capability to interpret HR data.
