Responsibilities
Gestione delle attività operative HR e corretta implementazione di politiche, procedure e processi intern
Supporto ai manager nella gestione quotidiana delle persone, fungendo da riferimento per sviluppo, performance e gestione dei team
Gestione completa del processo di ricerca e selezione: pubblicazione annunci, screening, colloqui e onboarding
Gestione delle tematiche legate ai dipendenti, garantendo conformità al CCNL Commercio e ai contratti collettivi di riferimento.
Supporto nella gestione dei programmi retributivi e dei benefit, in allineamento alle linee guida di Gruppo.
Identificazione bisogni formativi, progettazione e coordinamento dei programmi di training.
Coordinamento con l’Ufficio Paghe esterno, gestione presenze, paghe, benefit, mantenimento dati e documentazione amministrativa.
Requirements
Laurea in Psicologia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini
6+ anni di esperienza in ruoli HR Manager o HR Business Partner, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati del settore FMCG.
Ottima conoscenza dei principali processi HR, incluse tematiche giuslavoristiche e amministrative
Conoscenza del CCNL Commercio
Spiccate capacità comunicative, gestione di situazioni complesse e costruzione di relazioni efficaci.
