HRIS Analyst maintaining and optimizing HRIS platforms to support various HR functions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
Deliver a reliable HRIS experience by ensuring data accuracy, system security, and full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
Partner with HR, IT, and the DCC Global HRIS Systems team to design, configure, and enhance the system, so it evolves with business and colleague needs.
Provide prompt support by troubleshooting issues quickly and collaborating with internal and external partners to minimise disruption.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and proactive corrective actions, giving colleagues confidence in the information they use.
Empower HR and leaders with insights by creating custom reports and dashboards that highlight trends, performance indicators, and opportunities.
Support the wider HR team flexibly, always prioritising a positive service experience for colleagues.
Requirements
