Responsibilities
Handle hiring/onboarding processes, such as documentation, registrations, and welcome kits;
Schedule interviews for candidates recruited for various positions;
Assist with physical and digital filing for the department;
Register and maintain training records;
Manage the HR department's supplies/inventory;
Assist with monthly communications – internal communications;
Document payments submitted to Finance;
Register employees and vendors in the Sienge and GD4 systems;
Handle internal marketing (endomarketing) tasks, such as obtaining quotes and proposing ideas for special/commemorative dates.
Requirements
Preferably enrolled in a technical course or university degree in a related field.
Must have prior experience in HR or Payroll (internship or full-time employment).
