About the role

  • HR Administrator supporting compliance for clients and delivering a full range of HR administration advice at Omny Group in Tunbridge Wells.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR compliance needs for clients
  • Prepare and issue digital job offers
  • Undertake pre-employment checks
  • Interface with payroll
  • Deliver HR administration advice and support

Requirements

  • Proven administrative skills
  • Excellent personal organisation
  • Strong IT literacy
  • Attention to detail/administrative accuracy
