Responsibilities

Requirements
Hold a Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Have previous experience as an HR Generalist, Assistant HR Business Partner or similar process‑driven environment - experience in an international business is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Demonstrate knowledge of Portuguese employment law, payroll processes and employee relations.
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple administrative processes (onboarding, termination, payroll inputs, personnel files) accurately.
Show strong communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills to support managers and employees effectively.
Be proactive in problem‑solving, adaptability to respond to changing demands and situations and discreet in handling confidential information.
