Responsibilities
Operational handling of, for example, purchase/sales contracts: contract creation, contract processing, and contract amendments according to process guidelines
Operational processing of administration for dealer/customer contracts, framework agreements, or master agreements (including steps for verification/authorization)
Operational handling of clarification cases (e.g., objections and complaints)
Maintenance of master/customer/dealer/service provider data
Operational handling of (pre-)verification of incoming invoices and document requests
Handling the preparation and follow-up of events (e.g., events/trainings/conferences), including organizing/coordinating/booking venues, hotels, and services
Communication via email and telephone with process partners regarding the relevant operational topics
Requirements
Enrollment at a university is mandatory
Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
Open and approachable communication style
Ability to solve problems independently and through team collaboration
Willingness to learn and keep professional knowledge up to date
