Manage core People Operations activities for DACH — from contracts and payroll support to occupational health & safety and performance processes.
Work closely with People Partners to deliver service-oriented HR support and help improve HR processes.
Responsibilities
Drafting and issuing references, employment contracts, contract amendments and other documents throughout the employee lifecycle
Service-oriented communication with employees, including managing our shared team inbox in close coordination with the People Partners DACH
Supporting payroll preparation and ensuring smooth processes to meet deadlines
Coordinating and ensuring processes related to occupational health and safety in consultation with our safety officers
Supporting the (annual) employee feedback and performance process (including tracking annual goal agreements in coordination with the People Partners)
Participating in diverse projects — contributing ideas and helping shape and improve processes
Requirements
Degree or completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in HR / People & Culture
Basic knowledge of German employment law and willingness to further develop expertise
High level of commitment, team orientation and flexibility
Strong organizational and communication skills; personable and performance-oriented
Proactive working style and strong quality awareness
Enjoyment of service-oriented tasks and the ability to set priorities
Confident use of common IT tools and HR applications
