Responsibilities
Act strategically to drive development and growth in the assigned region.
Ensure effective implementation of the marketing strategy, focusing on the harmony and integration of the 4 Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Place and Promotion).
Translate corporate strategy into regional plans.
Ensure consistent execution, value generation for the business, and strengthening of the company's market presence.
Ensure compliance with the Strategic Marketing Plan in the region.
Map the regional market, analyzing the competitive landscape, trends, opportunities and risks.
Develop and monitor strategic action plans, ensuring execution, measurement of results and continuous adjustments.
Monitor adherence to the pricing policy in the region.
Continuously seek to optimize the best market access model.
Build and maintain relationships with channel decision-makers.
Design, develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns specific to the region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
MBA or postgraduate degree in Marketing (required).
Knowledge of Marketing, Trade Marketing and Market Access.
Knowledge of the main agricultural crops and their market dynamics in the region of operation.
Experience in strategic planning, market analysis and execution of regional plans.
Office Suite (required).
Power BI (preferred).
Salesforce or understanding of CRM/sales-force systems (preferred).
Fluent English – required.
