Responsibilities
Coordinate key moments across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - including IT and equipment setup, travel bookings, and maintaining accurate records.
Own the vibe of our Dublin office - ensuring it’s well-stocked, welcoming, and energising.
Support the Talent team by scheduling interviews, managing onsite logistics in Dublin, and ensuring a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer.
Help streamline how we work - identifying opportunities to improve and automate People Ops processes.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in People Ops: You’ve done this before - ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
