Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all employee groups regarding qualification and continuing education
  • Identifying and analyzing training needs to support targeted personnel development
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating internal and external training measures
  • Designing and facilitating standardized development discussions to promote individual career paths
  • Administrative management, including master data maintenance and recording of training hours

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or industrial vocational training with an additional business qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment
  • Knowledge of human resources and personnel development
  • Confident interaction with external institutions and training providers
  • Independent, structured and responsible working style
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor
