About the role

  • People Operations Specialist maintaining employee records and supporting HR operations at CDP. Managing onboarding, payroll, and policy development in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Track and reply to internal and external queries
  • Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Payroll
  • Document management, scheduling and electronic file maintenance
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Provide support to employees by answering questions, resolving issues and supplying information
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Actively contribute to an effective and engaged team

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills (B2)
  • Knowledge of German labour law
  • Experience working with Works Councils
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Technologically savvy
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve issues
  • Ability to handle confidential information
