Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including executive search and global hiring
Proven success recruiting in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of building partnerships in recruitment with Hiring Managers and Business Partners
Experience managing global agency/vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
