Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support across various functions and geographies as needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a collaborative approach with internal teams.

Design and evolve recruitment dashboards and metrics to allow for data driven decision making.
Drive innovation in recruitment by exploring emerging technologies like AI and advancing tools, processes, and candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including executive search and global hiring
Proven success recruiting in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of building partnerships in recruitment with Hiring Managers and Business Partners
Experience managing global agency/vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, proactively tackle complex recruitment challenges, and deliver strategic, actionable solutions that drive results.
