About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution
  • Manage HR cases, investigations, and sensitive issues with discretion and compliance for DTN employees across the region
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance, conduct, and employment practices
  • Oversee and coordinate onboarding and exit processes across the region
  • Support implementation of HR policies and annual programs; customize delivery as needed for local context
  • Partner with global HR Business Partners on local execution of business unit-specific talent, performance, and engagement initiatives
  • Liaise with Dutch Workers Council
  • Work with local management to drive site-level employee engagement and strengthen workplace culture
  • Partner with local leadership to address site-specific HR needs and initiatives
  • Oversee local HR administrative processes, such as leave of absence (LOA) management and compliance documentation
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies across the region

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience in a regional or multi-country capacity within EMEA
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices across multiple EMEA countries, specifically including the Netherlands
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and manager coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel to the DTN office in the Netherlands at a minimum on a quarterly basis
  • Dutch language capabilities are a plus.
