Demonstrated mastery of Modern Workplace platforms, including Microsoft 365, collaboration ecosystems, endpoint management, virtual desktop solutions and device lifecycle strategies
Ability to assess digital workplace maturity, define operating models and develop strategic transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes.
Skilled in modernising legacy estate components and addressing infrastructure blockers that limit productivity and adoption.
Expertise in user‑centric design principles, colleague experience measurement, and leveraging insights to shape workplace solutions.
Strong understanding of change management frameworks to increase adoption, reduce change fatigue and ensure sustained behavioural shift.
Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-centric cloud solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus thought leadership and solution development.
