Responsibilities
Act as an approachable advisor for employees and a high-quality consultant for management on complex Employee Relations (ER), Talent Management, and Recruitment.
Support both internal and external recruitment processes immediately, from screening to final document checks, ensuring strict Right to Work compliance.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end ER issues, attending meetings, note-taking, and drafting complex outcome letters.
Maintain strict standards for Disciplinary, Grievance, and Long-Term Sickness reviews. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational excellence across all departments.
Successfully manage your own workload and travel schedule to provide comprehensive support across all assigned sites.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, specifically managing complex ER cases and long-term sickness.
Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent through experience.
Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law and procedures.
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel between sites in addition to Feltham & Chiswick (mileage expenses will be paid) if required.
You must be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to meet demanding deadlines independently.
