About the role
- HR Manager leading and developing the HR team at Nuvisan GmbH's German locations. Responsibilities include strategic HR oversight, legal compliance, and personnel advisory support.

- Lead and further develop the HR team for Nuvisan GmbH and Nuvisan ICB GmbH's German locations
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for all HR matters at the German sites
- Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with company objectives and global directives
- Ensure compliance with employment law and collective bargaining agreements
- Advise management and leaders on all personnel matters
- Support transformation and change processes
- Build and maintain a trusting working relationship with works councils
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or services sector
- Solid knowledge of German employment law, collective bargaining law, and collective agreements
- Experience collaborating with works councils
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking
- Business-fluent German and English
