About the role

  • HR Manager leading and developing the HR team at Nuvisan GmbH's German locations. Responsibilities include strategic HR oversight, legal compliance, and personnel advisory support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and further develop the HR team for Nuvisan GmbH and Nuvisan ICB GmbH's German locations
  • Take strategic and operational responsibility for all HR matters at the German sites
  • Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with company objectives and global directives
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and collective bargaining agreements
  • Advise management and leaders on all personnel matters
  • Support transformation and change processes
  • Build and maintain a trusting working relationship with works councils

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or services sector
  • Solid knowledge of German employment law, collective bargaining law, and collective agreements
  • Experience collaborating with works councils
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking
  • Business-fluent German and English
