Responsibilities
Lead and further develop the HR team for Nuvisan GmbH and Nuvisan ICB GmbH's German locations
Take strategic and operational responsibility for all HR matters at the German sites
Develop and implement the HR strategy in alignment with company objectives and global directives
Ensure compliance with employment law and collective bargaining agreements
Advise management and leaders on all personnel matters
Support transformation and change processes
Build and maintain a trusting working relationship with works councils
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in a senior HR role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or services sector
Solid knowledge of German employment law, collective bargaining law, and collective agreements
Experience collaborating with works councils
Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and strategic thinking
Business-fluent German and English
