About the role

  • Human Resources Generalist supporting HR and management in labor and collective bargaining matters at Boeing. Preparing company agreements and advising leaders on personnel issues.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR function and executive management on employment and collective-law matters
  • Prepare and draft works agreements and other collective-law regulations related to systems, processes and other organizational change initiatives
  • Ensure a trusting and continuous collaboration between the employer and employee representative bodies (works council)
  • Organize and support the preparation, execution and follow-up of weekly meetings, monthly and quarterly discussions
  • Research and compile documents and working materials, including scheduling and organization
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Generalists
  • Contribute to HR-internal and cross-functional global and/or local projects
  • Advise managers on personnel, employment-law and co-determination matters
  • Support and advise leaders on organizational and team development as well as change-management processes
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies, practices and strategies within a matrix organization
  • Work effectively with the broader HR organization to ensure high-quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the company

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience working with works council bodies
  • 2+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • 2+ years' experience building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Good German and English skills (B2 level or better)
