About the role

  • HR Employee Relations Consultant providing guidance and support for associate relations issues. Managing investigations and debriefing leadership on findings while fostering collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues
  • Provide advice, guidance, coaching, and training to associates and managers based on policies and legal consultation
  • Conduct investigations including managing the witness lists, determining line of questioning, analyzing credibility, researching related records as needed
  • Debriefs leaders at all levels and HRBPs on findings
  • Provide oversight of the company's internal investigations of associate complaints
  • Serve as a liaison to Legal on associate relations matters
  • Develop and provide periodic associate relations-related analytical data and analyze trends to determine appropriate action plans

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
  • HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
  • Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Fortune/large company experience preferred
