Responsibilities
Close cooperation with the executive management and line managers
Advising on all personnel-related matters
Oversight and implementation of measures during personnel changes

Professional cooperation with the works council
Point of contact for inspections by authorities
Requirements
Completed degree with a focus on HR, law, or a comparable qualification
Solid professional experience in generalist HR functions
Knowledge of employment law, collective agreements and co-determination/works council regulations
Confident and reliable interaction with managers and external partners
Solution-oriented approach and structured way of working
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
