  • Close cooperation with the executive management and line managers

  • Oversight and implementation of measures during personnel changes
  • Developing ideas for recruiting, employee development and personnel support

Requirements

  • Completed degree with a focus on HR, law, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid professional experience in generalist HR functions
  • Knowledge of employment law, collective agreements and co-determination/works council regulations
  • Confident and reliable interaction with managers and external partners
  • Solution-oriented approach and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Enjoyment of responsibility and teamwork
