About the role

  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with finance leaders across Europe.
  • Run smart, multi-channel outbound campaigns using Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Cognism.
  • Pick up the phone — a lot. You’re not afraid to talk to CFOs.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified meetings and learn the art of closing.
  • Help shape our outreach playbooks and experiment with messaging, industries, and cadences.
  • Log all activity, sentiment, and call outcomes in Salesloft and Attio CRM so we can learn what really drives pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an outbound SDR or BDR role (SaaS or fintech background ideal).
  • Experience with Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and modern CRMs (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Confident communicator, especially on the phone.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a startup where you help shape the process.
  • Curious, data-driven, and hungry to learn.
  • Bonus: experience in FX, payments, or financial services.
