About the role

  • Dynamic SDR Manager at EngageTech leading Sales Development Representatives to drive revenue and optimize sales processes for market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process.
  • Identify, qualify and generate meetings as an outsourced SDR
  • Motivate and inspire the team to consistently exceed performance goals
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture
  • Analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Deliver group and 1-1 best practices coaching sessions across multiple sales channels.
  • Track key metrics and provide regular performance feedback
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Address concerns and issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time effectively

Requirements

  • Experience managing and leading SDR teams in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A desire to work with lots of different stakeholders, be they clients, colleagues, managers, or prospects
  • Simple, but a can-do, positive mindset
  • Have the flexibility to thrive in a scale-up, high-growth environment where things are constantly evolving
