Responsibilities
Advising on and selling our services with a special focus on private customers (B2C) and target groups within subsidized programs (B2G)
Actively expanding our customer base through proactive new business development
Building, maintaining and further developing a strong local network and close collaboration with local authorities and agencies
Conducting local marketing and networking activities to identify and develop new partnerships
Independently planning and executing sales activities (mailings, participation in trade fairs, local events and networking events)
Planning, coordinating and expanding the relevant course offerings
Requirements
Vocational training or a degree with a commercial, linguistic or tourism-related background
Experience in sales, business development or key account management, ideally in the services sector
Strong networking skills and enjoyment of a proactive approach to building new, long-term customer relationships
High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication skills, strong enthusiasm and persuasiveness, and a confident, dynamic presence
Very good German and English skills
