About the role

  • Sales Development Representative focusing on B2B outbound sales in Germany for Ideals. Engaging key decision-makers to achieve revenue goals while supporting the VDR business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform B2B mapping, cold calling, and outreach on named accounts in Germany (Frankfurt) tracking personal sales activities in CRM
  • Conduct detailed customer persona research before the initial contact
  • Organise product demos for Field Sales with qualified prospects
  • Proactively initiate communication, build rapport and maintain active engagement with prospects
  • Collect information and feedback on prospects guiding them through the qualification process
  • Help coordinate offline and online events, distributing content from the M&A Community

Requirements

  • ± 1 years of experience in B2B outbound sales
  • Proven success in achieving sales metrics and year-over-year quota
  • Cold-calling experience
  • Strong business communication skills in German, including professionally handling objections and gatekeeper interactions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective sales techniques with a proficiency in building fast rapport
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback
  • Nice to have: Experience communicating with C-suite personas
  • Nice to have: SaaS sales experience
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with key players and market trends in the finance industry
