Responsibilities
Drive recruitment and selection for a variety of roles across the business
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including strong use of social media
Collaborate with operational managers to understand needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience
Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system and recruitment processes
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Atlas as an employer of choice
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
