About the role

  • Drive recruitment and selection for a variety of roles across the business
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including strong use of social media
  • Collaborate with operational managers to understand needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system and recruitment processes
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Atlas as an employer of choice

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
  • Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
