About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator managing end-to-end recruitment for Costello Medical. Fostering relationships with stakeholders and improving processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process
  • Delivering an excellent experience for all candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers on strategic approach to talent acquisition
  • Manage multiple roles simultaneously while delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding hiring managers on effective approaches to attraction, assessment, and selection
  • Coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs
  • Building relationships with university careers advisors
  • Running our own careers events
  • Provide advice and guidance to students, graduates and post-graduates
  • Involvement in projects that may include developing and improving internal processes
  • Contributing to our employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Supporting junior colleagues and hosting internal training sessions to share experience

Requirements

  • At least 6 to 12 months of in‑house recruitment experience, managing end‑to‑end processes
  • Demonstrable experience advising hiring managers or stakeholders on recruitment best practice
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage numerous recruiting pipelines and projects at any one time
  • A high level of productivity, with the ability to self-motivate and take ownership of your work
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • An innovative and proactive approach to your work
  • Discretion when dealing with sensitive information
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Experience of Microsoft Office
