About the role

  • Recruiter building the recruiting function from scratch at PREDICT, a B2B growth partner in DACH. You'll design strategies and manage hiring processes for scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build the recruiting engine from scratch — sourcing strategy, applicant tracking, screening process, interview coordination, offer management
  • Run social recruiting campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn — paid and organic
  • Actively source candidates: outreach, referrals, community channels, university networks
  • Screen and qualify applicants against role-specific criteria — only the strongest proceed to founder interviews
  • Track and optimize recruiting KPIs — time-to-hire, candidate quality, channel conversion rates, cost-per-hire
  • Support content operations (~25% of the time) — manage the content pipeline across LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram

Requirements

  • You have built something from zero before — a recruiting pipeline, an ops function, or a project from scratch — and can demonstrate results
  • Resourceful with a bias toward action over process perfection
  • You understand that recruiting at an 8-person company scaling to ~30 means doing everything yourself before you can delegate
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Data-driven: you treat recruiting like a funnel, with conversion metrics at every stage
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to make decisions without waiting for permission
